CANAPÉ

Canapé is an artist community rooted in Laeken, Brussels, bringing people together through shared ateliers, artistic encounters and collective initiatives. It nurtures a space where artists and makers can connect, exchange ideas, experiment and grow together across disciplines.

For this visit, founder Linde Stevens invited five artists to enter into conversation with someone or something that inspires them. The result is an evening of artistic encounters between Chiqui Mellaerts and Sacha Heims, Mira Grolus and Marie Van Ermen, Hannah Lyssens, her practice and the audience, Maria De Cort through poetry, and Hélène Baré and Flore Grosjean.
