When you are far away from home,
there is always a food that reminds you of home and memory.
So when you are abroad, traveling.
when you come back home, you make food.
To fill your stomach.
Food digests slowly,
chewed into our body.
My comfort food.
For this dinner, I’m creating different dishes.
Each one holds memories from my heart,
and from relationships I’ve made in Antwerp.
Each dish comes with a lottery card with poem.
Through the food, you can chew, read, dream, scratch and feel.
On the menu:
Shiitake Mushroom Noodles €8
