Boskeuken: Jing van Shí Táng 食堂 - Chinese Style Cold Noodle
Jing works part-time making Vietnamese bánh mì and phở. On her days off, she runs her passion project, Shí Táng 食堂, turning Chinese home-cooked food into lunch boxes for the neighborhood.
This is the third time Jing returns to het Bos to cook. She will be joined by Robin from the independent bookstore Panoply. Together, they will prepare a dish that many Chinese and Japanese people crave on hot summer days: Chinese-style cold noodles. You might know it as Hiyashi Chūka, or as 中华冷面 in Mandarin Chinese and 冷やし中華 in Japanese Kanji. Whatever you call it, it's a refreshing summer classic.

Noodle with cold stock and fresh seasonal salad toppings such as:
